These terms govern your use of MindFy, provided by Luis Henrique Jung. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

MindFy is an instrumental music streaming service for focus, calm, study and sleep. The tracks in the catalog are created with the help of artificial intelligence and curated by our team.

MindFy is not a health service. The content is meant for wellbeing and does not replace diagnosis, treatment or care from a doctor or psychologist. If you are in crisis, seek professional help or contact your local emergency services.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old; between 13 and 18, with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
• Account information must be accurate, and your account is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

3. Free plan and Premium

The free plan has ads, a limited catalog and playback restrictions, such as no playback with the screen off or with the app in the background. These limits may change over time.

Premium unlocks the full catalog, background playback and no ads. It is sold as monthly, yearly and lifetime options, with prices shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is handled by the store where you subscribe (Google Play, the App Store or, on the web, Stripe), and that store’s billing and refund rules also apply.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is done in the store and takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Free trials, when offered, convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time payment and lasts for as long as MindFy is in operation.
• Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.

4. Use of content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to tracks through MindFy for your own non-commercial use. Without written permission you may not:

• download, record, copy or redistribute tracks outside the app;
• use the music in videos, streams, podcasts, commercial venues or any published work;
• use the content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. What is not allowed

• bypassing free plan limits, ads or technical protections;
• reverse engineering or copying the app, or scraping data automatically;
• sharing your account or reselling access;
• using the service for anything illegal or harmful to others.

If this happens, we may suspend or close the account, notifying you whenever possible.

6. Intellectual property

The MindFy brand, app, design and the catalog of music, artwork and text belong to Luis Henrique Jung or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or due to third-party failures. The catalog changes: tracks may be added, removed or moved between plans. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time under Profile › Delete account (see the Privacy Policy). Remember to cancel your subscription in the store first. If MindFy is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for failures of your internet connection, device or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use MindFy afterwards means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, that right is preserved.
